location is good, fasility is good, hotel it's good, clean is good we will be back again for sure

the service in the pool bar is need more improve , every question we ask about the menu, the staff need to back forward many time to ask the the bar or the the manager or whatever. so it's make us take long long time to order, well it's not a big deal, but it's will be better if the staff in the pool bar, get more training about the menu and etc,

Luxurious affordable hotel

5 stars facilities. We stayed on deluxe executive room on the third floor and the room was very well maintained, very clean, confortable bed, rain shower, amenities provided. We also stayed on the first floor room and although this was nice too, the toilet was smaller, the room did not look as luxurious as the one we had before on third floor. Good security service. Buffet breakfast has lot of variety.

Location is not beautiful but very convenient is you want to travel to Bali. Although Restaurant food was nice, there is a room for improvement considering this is a 4stars hotel. Breakfast juice very artificial, natural juice suggested.

A little oasis in Banyuwangi

Staff is very friendly. They always greet us whenever we met. They also very responsive to our request The standard room is quite comfortable. Mattress quality is really good, eventhough the pillow is a little too hard. Water pressure is sufficient for both hot and cold water Swimming pool has a decent size and is clean Breakfast has good choices for local and international dishes. Check in and check out process is very effective and quick. They provide chair for CI and CO process which add a level of comfort especially after the long journey.

Location is a bit far from city center but it was not a problem for us as we rent a motorbike

A perfect resort to discover East Java

Perfectly located hotel, close to Banyuwangi but outside of the mess of the center city, and easily accessible to go to local activities (volcanoes, beaches, etc.). Staff was friendly and helpful (esp. the restaurant captain). Excellent amenities (pool, sport room) and the food is very good in the restaurant for both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diversified menu.

Comfortable, friendly staff, great facilities, super breakfast, awesome value for money

Amazing experience and such great value for money. Lovely hotel with all the facilities you could think of. Great pool, best breakfast buffet of our stay in Indonesia and above all, our room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the shower room was super. We had the hotel organise a taxi service to Kawa Ijen for two at about 800,000 IDR (c. £45). The taxi driver had some gas masks for us and bottles of water and the ride was in a nice air conditioned spacious minivan. Considering the ride up there is about 1.5hrs and the driver waited for us in the parking lot, it was great value for money. Pleasantly surprised with this find!

This hotel is very clean,my bed my room everything is clean. Very recommended hotel at Banyuwangi. They have cottage for family member so its very cool! All food at restaurant is nice and so many variant so you can choose what would to eat. Great Hotel!!

Well its a beautiful property and I feel its bit overpriced for what it is. But sure will stay again

Achitecture ,design , bed comfort....

Breakfast was not up to standard for price, asked for capucinno was told is extra charge, unacceptable. Some food such as pasta , no taste, sauges were hard and skin like plastic.Bit far from city center, bit no matter.

Nice breakfast but not really quiet

New hotel, clean, nice facilities and great breakfast.

We had a room with pool view and in the first night there was an event at the pool and it was a little bit noisy. Furthermore, we woke up every night between 3-4 a.m. because of the prayer in the mosque behind the hotel.

It was my 30th Birthday weekend and I thought I would treat myself to a fancy hotel stay. It was such a great weekend. The staff were so kind and helpful and nice and the facilities are top notch. Everything about it was excellent. Thanks to everyone there!

Beautiful and new hotel! Great staff!

Loved our stay. Breakfast buffet had tons of options. Bed was very comfortable. They have a beautiful pool and even a little kids play area. The staff is attentive and always happy to help. Would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone
